the one-bed suite i was given was quite large, with a nice corner view of the city. it featured complete soundproofing, effectively blocking street noise, including sounds from a school nearby, i stayed on level 2. the area felt secure, frequented mainly by locals, and there was an authentic, affordable restaurant very close.
calling the front desk or housekeeping , i noticed they couldn't immediately identify the room or guest. unlike other similar establishments , i had to repeatedly state my name and room number. it's a minor point, but worth mentioning for consistency.

the breakfast buffet includes plentiful and delicious options, including several gluten-free choices for those with dietary needs. there are also two restaurants on site, so guests have multiple dining choices. i found many tasty options.

the room was very large and decorated beautifully, the bed was comfortable. my room included a welcome drink and a snack upon arrival. the bathroom in the one-bedroom king suite was spacious and well-appointed.

the hotel's location is convenient with taxis consistently available. it is within walking distance to a metro station. plaza espanya is also very close by. the neighborhood felt less touristy and quieter, but still within easy reach of major attractions.

i found the check-in process quite efficient and quick. my room included two separate sinks, a nice touch. the rooftop pool offered fantastic city views, i spent some time up there.

the location was very good. the room was spacious and it offered a lovely view. i chose not to have breakfast , even though it was included.
i found some issues with the bathroom as it was not clean. there were hairs from other guests. the price was higher than expected , because it was settled with the deposit.
